Refunds are not available for any subscriptions or services.
CompuHub may terminate your subscriptions or services if you fail to pay by the 1st of each month. Any data loss, business interruption or loss of income due to the termination will not be covered by CompuHub.
Additional charges will apply for the following:
- Reactivating terminated subscriptions.
- Labour required to attempt data recovery, and re-setup of O365 and services.
Subscription payment is due on the 1st of each month.
Subscription invoicing is not a service-level agreement with CompuHub, and we are not responsible for managing, maintaining, or verifying the accuracy of your subscriptions. Any issues, updates, or changes related to your subscriptions should be directed promptly. If you require any subscription adjustments or cancellations, please notify us at least two weeks before the expiry date. This timeframe allows us to make the necessary arrangements and communicate with the relevant vendors.
After receiving your adjustment or cancellation request, we will provide you with a new Pro-Forma Invoice for your approval.
Adhering to the two-week notification period ensures a seamless transition and prevents service disruption. Effective communication is critical to delivering the best possible service.

Subscriptions will automatically be renewed each month until advised otherwise in writing.
Subscriptions cannot be terminated or downgraded within the monthly commitment period.
Subscriptions can only be terminated or downgraded upon monthly expiry date.
Subscriptions will not be renewed until written approval and payment in full has been received.
Subscriptions cannot be terminated or downgraded within the annual commitment period.
Subscriptions can only be terminated or downgraded upon expiry date and within the grace period of 3 days thereafter.
