Important Update to Our Service Fees Effective 01 September 2024

At CompuHub, your trust and partnership have been the cornerstone of our continued success. Your ongoing support has enabled us to grow and enhance our service quality. As part of our commitment to transparency and service excellence, we would like to inform you about an upcoming adjustment to our pricing structure.

Starting 01 September 2024, our base labour rate will be adjusted from $130.00 to $134.00 plus GST per hour, which amounts to $154.10, including GST. It is essential to ensure we can continue offering the high-quality IT support and personalised service you have come to expect from us.

In addition, the minimum charge will be adjusted from $43.33 to $44.67 plus GST ($51.37 including GST), with billing in 15-minute increments afterward. This adjustment ensures that our pricing remains aligned with inflation while providing fair and flexible billing for the time spent addressing your IT needs.

This is only our fourth price increase since 2011, and we want to reassure you that we remain committed to keeping our rates as competitive as possible while maintaining the quality of service that sets us apart.

Does it impact my monthly managed service billing?

Your monthly managed service billing will be OK if you have already committed to an annual agreement.

However, please remember that our monthly managed service billing excludes labour charges, so any service requests not covered under the managed services agreement will be billed at the new rate.

 The minimum charge.

A 'quick 5-minute fix' in IT is as mythical as a unicorn. That's why we have a minimum charge to cover a thorough job assessment, including our findings and potential remedies— but this doesn’t include the actual fix.
The technician will give you an estimate, but don't hold your breath—our techs still have the final say on the bill! But don't worry, transparency is our middle name.

Don't Assume, Please Ask!

Before you dive in, get an estimate from the technician.  And if you find yourself saying, "While you're here, can you also look at this?"— remember that extra time will be added to the bill, even if it wasn't why we were called out in the first place!
