About the role

CompuHub is looking for a technician who has the skills to communicate over the phone or directly with the customer.
  • Resolves and closes tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and support servers, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure.
  • 2talk and IP phone setup and support.
  • Data recovery.
  • Data migration.
  • Remote support.
  • Setup and support broadband and wireless connectivity.
  • Installs and configuration of local and network-based printers.
  • Performs preventative maintenance.
  • Follows management guidance, adhering to IT policy and procedure.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Works various shifts, on-call and travel as required.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of three years technical experience at a single company.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure.
  • 2talk and IP phone setup.
